We are a small, laid-back, personable firm that allows for the opportunity to ask questions and receive mentorship. With no in-office requirement or monthly desk-fees, you have the ability to work where you like, when you like. Real estate offers unlimited potential for you to grow your business and earn the income you want.
Before onboarding any new Brokers, we like to sit down and chat to make sure that we will be a good fit. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and share your goals.
If it’s a good fit, the next steps are:
If you are already an established Broker and are a member of MIBOR, we set up a transfer of your license to Booker Realty, you sign an agency contract, then continue with business as usual.
If you HAVE NOT PASSED your Brokers exam, once you pass, you’ll need to list Booker Realty as your future agency, sign an agency contract, join MIBOR and complete their entry course, then work with your first client.
The Booker Realty Management Team is willing and available to discuss any questions you have along the way, and does its best to provide trainings to help you grow as a Broker. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision to work with Booker Realty and succeed in your business.
