Booker Realty specializes in property management and home sales in Hamilton County, IN and has been for over 30 years.
This laid-back, knowledgeable team is committed to providing a fun and hassle-free experience, so you feel comfortable and confident with your investment and decision to work with Booker Realty.
You’ll find both of them hanging out at their local coffee shop, walking their dog Oscar around town, or working away in the office on Jackson Street, with their cat, Titan, in the window.

OWNER + MANAGING BROKER
I’m the Harry Potter obsessed Realtor and Managing Broker behind Booker Realty. Most days you’ll find me playing computer games with my best friends, socializing at our local coffee shop, and searching for investment opportunities.
With my expertise, I love finding an undervalued property and connecting it to an investor wanting to flip, buy or invest long-term. I’m not afraid to voice my opinion about a property so that my client gets the most out of their investment.
You’re guaranteed to find me talking about investment opportunities, my next DnD character, and why Sushiyama is the best sushi restaurant in Hamilton County.

Jen Elliott
CHIEF OPERATING EXTRAORDINAIRE
I’m the decaf-coffee-loving Chief Operating Extraordinaire and plant lady behind Booker Realty. Most days you’ll find me sipping on coffee waiting for Kris to finish socializing at the local coffee shop or working as an Intuitive Eating Counselor.
With my expertise, I help maintain systems that keep Booker Realty running smoothly, from social media to accounting. I enjoy researching different ways we can help our owners grow their portfolios and increase their income.
You’re guaranteed to find me talking about my love of to-do lists and organization, why Schitts Creek is the best show ever, or why every home needs at least one plant.

Nolan Redwine
BROKER
Before becoming a realtor, I studied Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, where my friend bought a house and fixed it up. He collected rent from me and our roommate and turned a profit! After that, I knew I wanted a career in real estate.
I work part-time as a property manager at Booker Realty. Getting to see the management and investment side of real estate is so fascinating! I enjoy reading real estate books and listening to podcasts, but being able to have hands-on experience takes it to the next level.
When I’m not working you can find my wife, Caroline, and I walking Lady, our Cavalier pup around Cicero. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing music, and browsing real estate online.

Morgan Wymer
BROKER
I am currently a student at Ball State University pursuing a degree in Marketing. I fell in love with the real estate world after a summer internship as a real estate assistant. Since acquiring my real estate license, I have been working full-time as a Broker.
I am dedicated to providing the best experience for all of my clients and making the stressful task of navigating the real estate market as simple as possible. I serve clients in all of central Indiana, from Hamilton to Delaware County, and everywhere in between!
You’re guaranteed to find me searching for the best coffee shop everywhere I go (to find the best iced lavender latte!), buying way too many plants, and spending time outdoors (whether it’s hiking or on the golf course).
